Adaptive Mobile recruited me to build and develop our design team and enhance the appeal of our market-leading technology to a broader audience. I collaborated closely with our product, data science, and engineering teams to promote a design-centric approach to our implementations, ensuring that user experience was at the forefront of our efforts.

Over an aggressive two-year period, we completely redesigned and rebuilt the platform with a focus on simplifying the experience and expanding our market share.
