Health tracking on the go

As Lead UX,  I collaborated with MSD and St. Vincent’s Hospital to develop a comprehensive health tracking app for sufferers of IBD. The system consisted of a mobile application for users to monitor their wellbeing and a responsive administration system for healthcare professionals to track patient progress. Recognizing the diverse user base, effective onboarding and ease of use were critical to the system’s success.

I oversaw the design and development of the system, coordinating closely with marketing, engineering, and product teams. By fostering collaboration and clear communication, I helped ensure the system was robust, scalable, and aligned with both current user needs and future growth potential.
